Mark the Overlap: Use the pen to mark where the end of the paper or string meets the rest of the loop.
Measure the Length: Straighten the paper or string and measure the length from the end to the marked point using a ruler.
Match to a Sizing Chart: Compare the measurement in millimeters to a standard ring size chart to find your size.
